All users need to abide by the terms and conditions of this site. Hatfield Association reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and users are encouraged to review them periodically.
1. Online Membership
Membership of the Hatfield Association website is open to alumni, students, staff and other friends of Hatfield College.
2. Personal Information and the Data Protection Act
Your personal profile is only viewable by yourself and administrators of the website. The details that you view are those that we have recorded on the Hatfield Association database.
If they are not correct, you can update them via the website.
All information collected from users will be used by the Hatfield Association in accordance with the purposes provided to the Information Commissioner under Data Protection legislation. In summary, the information will be used exclusively for advancing the interests of the Hatfield Association, the Hatfield Trust, and Hatfield College, including fundraising, promoting links between the aforementioned and its former students and providing services to alumni and friends.
We can assure you that your details will never be disclosed to an independent third party.

We want to communicate with you about opportunities to stay involved including reunions, other special events, services we can offer you and ways you can continue to support the Hatfield Association.
Email is a cost-effective way for us to do this. By registering for the online community, and providing your email address, we will contact you for the above purposes.
You will be able to unsubscribe from these e-mails via an unsubscribe link in each e-mail.
