Obtain a printed copy of the Hatfield Record
To obtain a printed copy of the Hatfield Record sent to you by post we ask alumni to have undertaken the following 3 stage process:
1. Register to access the Hatfield Association website (this website). Please make sure that your postal address on the Hatfield Association website is correct;
2. Make a contribution towards the cost of postage (see below);
3. To confirm by email (to hatfieldrecord@hatfield-association.co.uk) that the first payment has already been made to the Hatfield Association bank account.
Set up an annual standing order mandate through your online banking
For UK residents the contribution towards postage is £5 per year; for overseas residents the cost is £10 per year.
To ease the administrative burden on both sides we ask that alumni use their online banking facility to set up a recurring standing order mandate to pay the relevant sum immediately upon commencement in the first year and then annually on 1 January in each successive year by bank transfer direct to the Hatfield Association bank account.
In order to receive the Hatfield Record you must have paid your contribution towards postage before the Hatfield Record is published each year.
Payments must be received into the Hatfield Association bank account by 30 April at the very latest each year in order to receive the Hatfield Record for that year.
Please make sure to complete the Reference section of your online banking form with your surname as set out in the standing order mandate instructions below.
Many thanks.
